SA-M-SBL: An Algorithm for CSI-Based Device-Free Localization With Faulty Prior Information

IEEE Access

Online resource

The CSI-based multi-target DFL problem is formulated as a joint sparse recovery problem which reconstructs the unknown sparse vectors of multiple channels. Moreover, in practice, some faulty prior information (e.g., coarse positions) is usually available.

Mapping pre-service teachers’ faulty reasoning in geometric translations to the design of Van Hiele phase-based instruction

South African Journal of Childhood Education

Online resource

Inadequate teacher knowledge of transformation geometry, in particular, requires intervention that targets PSTs’ faulty reasoning displayed in errors they make. Aim: The aim of this study was to explore the use of Bachelor of Education (BEd) students’ faulty reasoning in geometric translations, in designing a Van Hiele phase-based instructional programme th…

The Bellerophon pipeline, improving de novo transcriptomes and removing chimeras

Ecology and Evolution

Online resource

We developed a method to assess and improve the quality of de novo assembled transcriptomes by focusing on the removal of chimeric sequences. These chimeric sequences can be the result of faulty assembled contigs, merging two transcripts into one.

Actuator fault detection method of quadrotor UAV based on dual channel inertial sensors

Discover Applied Sciences

Online resource

Based on this result, the fault channels are initially located while the actuator faults are identified. Finally, according to the angular velocity control characteristics of the two channels, an accurate fault location algorithm is designed to determine the location of the faulty rotor.

INFLUENCE OF LOWER EXTREMITY STATIC ALIGNMENT ON DYNAMIC KNEE VALGUS IN ADOLESCENTS FOLLOWING ACL RECONSTRUCTION

Orthopaedic Journal of Sports Medicine

Online resource

Background: Dynamic limb valgus, particularly high knee abduction moments, are a known risk factor for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. High knee abduction moments may result from poor static anatomic limb alignment, faulty biomechanics, or a combination of both.

Damage identification of column under the axial load based on wavelet transform and modal data

مجله مدل سازی در مهندسی

Online resource

This study investigated the damage identification problem in the column under the axial load using modal data (frequencies and mode shapes) and wavelet transform analysis. The obtained results showed that by increasing the axial load proportional to the critical buckling load, the frequency value decreases in all modes in healthy and faulty modes.
