SA-M-SBL: An Algorithm for CSI-Based Device-Free Localization With Faulty Prior Information

IEEE Access

Online resource

The CSI-based multi-target DFL problem is formulated as a joint sparse recovery problem which reconstructs the unknown sparse vectors of multiple channels. Moreover, in practice, some faulty prior information (e.g., coarse positions) is usually available.

Effect of Current Rate and Prior Cycling on the Coulombic Efficiency of a Lithium-Ion Battery

Batteries

Online resource

Two new battery cells were discharged and charged at 0.4 C and 0.8 C for twenty times to monitor the variations in the aging and coulombic efficiency of the battery cell. In addition, prior cycling was applied to the third battery cell which consist of charging and discharging with 0.2 C, 0.4 C, 0.6 C, and 0.8 C current rates and each of them twenty times.

A Sea Ice Entrapment Event in the Southern Chukchi Sea: Analysis and Prediction

Geophysical Research Letters

Online resource

This is the first study of its sort in this region. We show that anomalously thick and extensive sea ice was present north of the region prior to the event, and that strong northerly winds in early June advected this ice southward, trapping the ship.

Face hallucination based on cluster consistent dictionary learning

IET Image Processing

Online resource

Abstract Face hallucination is a super‐resolution technique specially designed to reconstruct high‐resolution faces from low‐resolution faces. Most state‐of‐the‐art algorithms leverage position‐patch prior knowledge of human faces to better super‐resolve face images.

Influence of animal age and breeding activity on carcass traits, meat quality, and sensory attributes of bison bulls

Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution

Online resource

Bulls represent the greatest proportion of the slaughter mix, as the bison industry does not routinely castrate, leaving males intact throughout the growing and finishing phase. This practice makes bulls available for use during the breeding season prior to the finishing phase.
