Document Delivery Service

Request help accessing materials through approved pickup, reproduction or digital delivery.

Document delivery helps library clients obtain requested materials after staff check availability and the permitted delivery method. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis under the manual.

Delivery options

  • Physical materials: collection at a time and place agreed with the Library.
  • Reproduced materials: collection after the required identity and payment checks.
  • Digitized materials: approved scans sent through the client’s agreed email or online channel.

Prepare your request

Provide the title, author, edition or other identifying details, the pages or information needed, and your preferred delivery method. Staff will confirm availability and applicable conditions. Reproduction is subject to the manual’s fair-use, permission and reprographic procedures; not every work can be copied in full.

Collection by a representative

The manual requires an authorization letter and a copy of the requester’s valid identification or supporting documents when a representative collects materials.
