You may request deletion of your Messenger helpdesk data collected by the WPU Library Messenger Helpdesk.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to labbinel@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: Messenger Helpdesk Data Deletion Request.
- Include your Facebook/Messenger name and the approximate date when you contacted the library helpdesk.
- The library administrator will verify the request and delete or anonymize the related Messenger helpdesk records when appropriate.
What May Be Deleted
- Messenger sender ID / PSID stored by the helpdesk system.
- Stored name and profile details obtained from Messenger.
- Conversation logs and related helpdesk service records, when deletion is allowed by institutional record requirements.
