The 2024 guidance requires at least two users and normally allows up to two hours, with extensions subject to demand. Follow the capacity and schedule published by your campus.
During your visit
- Use the room for study and approved academic activities.
- Keep noise from disturbing other library users.
- Protect equipment and leave the space clean.
- Vacate the room before closing according to staff instructions.
